PROCESSING TIME｜备货时间

Orders are prepared and dispatched from China within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. As many of our pieces are finished by hand in small batches, preparation may take slightly longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

订单将在付款确认后于3–7个工作日内从中国完成备货并发出。由于部分作品采用小批量手工制作，节假日或订单较多时，备货时间可能略有延长。

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING｜全球配送

We offer international shipping to most countries and regions. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping fees will be shown at checkout according to the destination.

我们为全球大多数国家和地区提供配送服务。可用的配送方式、预计送达时间及运费，将根据收货地区在结账页面显示。

DELIVERY TIME｜运输时间

Delivery time begins after the order has been dispatched and varies depending on the destination, carrier and local customs procedures. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a reference and cannot be guaranteed.

运输时间从订单发出后开始计算，并会因目的地、承运商及当地海关处理情况而有所不同。页面显示的预计送达日期仅供参考，无法保证准确到达日期。

TRACKING｜物流追踪

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information will be sent after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.

如配送方式支持物流追踪，订单发出后，我们会通过电子邮件发送发货确认及物流信息。物流状态可能需要数日才会更新。

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES｜关税及进口费用

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are determined by the destination country or region and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please check your name, address, postal code and contact information carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

DELAYS AND LOST PARCELS｜延误与包裹异常

Delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather, public holidays or carrier disruptions. If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number so that we can assist with an inquiry.

海关查验、天气、公共假期或承运商运营异常可能造成配送延误。如果包裹在预计送达日期后较长时间仍未到达，请提供订单编号联系我们，我们将协助查询。
